Welcome to LimoStack LLC (“LimoStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Ground Transportation Booking System, website design, and marketing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Services Provided
LimoStack provides the following services to luxury car and limo service companies:
- Ground Transportation Booking System: A platform for managing reservations and collecting payments from passengers.
- Website Design and Development Services.
- Marketing Services: Including, but not limited to, Google Ads management and Social Media Marketing services.
3. Fulfillment Timeframe
- Booking Widget Installation and Integration: Once you sign up, installation and integration of the LimoStack booking widget typically take between 24 to 48 hours.
- Website Design Services: Our website design services take approximately two to three weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
- Google Ads Setup: Google Ads setup takes between 3 to 4 business days. This service includes ongoing maintenance and optimization every month.
- Social Media Marketing: The setup for social media marketing services follows the same timeframe as Google Ads (3 to 4 business days), with ongoing monthly maintenance and optimization.
4. Account Registration
To use LimoStack’s services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.
5. Fees and Payments
By signing up for our services, you agree to the following payment terms:
- Ground Transportation Booking System Fees: You are required to pay a monthly fee, as well as an upfront fee upon sign-up. All fees will be disclosed at the time of account creation.
- Payment Processing via Stripe: Our booking system integrates with Stripe to allow passengers to make payments directly to you. Your Stripe account will be connected to our system via an API key, enabling you to collect payments from passengers who book trips using our booking system. Stripe’s own terms of service will apply to payment processing, and it is your responsibility to comply with them.
- Additional Services Fees: For any additional services such as website design, Google Ads management, or social media marketing, fees will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
6. Service Usage
- Booking System: Users can utilize the booking system for managing ground transportation services and processing payments through Stripe. LimoStack is not responsible for any disputes between you and your passengers.
- Marketing and Website Design Services: LimoStack offers website design and various marketing services, but you agree that LimoStack does not guarantee any specific results from marketing campaigns or website performance.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to passengers and ensuring that the transportation services are delivered as promised.
- You are solely responsible for complying with local, state, and federal laws governing your limo and car services.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Subscription Fees: All fees for the Ground Transportation Booking System are non-refundable, including both monthly and upfront fees unless otherwise stated in specific service agreements.
- Marketing and Website Services: Cancellation policies and potential refunds for marketing or website design services will be subject to the terms of the service agreement you enter into with LimoStack.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimoStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your use of the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any errors or omissions in any content or data made available through the services; or (iv) any actions of passengers using the booking system.
10. Third-Party Services
LimoStack uses third-party providers such as Stripe for payment processing. By using the booking system, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party services used in conjunction with LimoStack’s services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to pay fees, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the booking system.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology used in the LimoStack platform are the intellectual property of LimoStack LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the materials without express permission from LimoStack.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitute your consent to the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
